Challenge

With over 4,000 runners signed up for the London night run event, the client required the support of ABM Experience Solutions' strong staffing solutions to provide a team of ambassadors across London’s Victoria Park.

Solution

ABM Experience Solutions’ brand ambassador team selection took place over a 2-day casting event, attended by the client. Not only would this ensure a thorough screening and training process, the cross-collaboration was essential in understanding the client's brand, both from a strategic view and it's more specific nuances.

Brand Ambassadors were selected for their passion for sport, whilst ensuring their personality, skill and experience complimented each role requirement.
