Challenge

ABM Experience Solution was tasked with airside movements and a bespoke service for secure deliveries. This included collections and storage across Heathrow Airport, along with technical support for the shopping rewards programme, which is available in almost every retail boutique, as well as all food and beverage outlets.

Solution

A dedicated logistics team, with full security clearances and airside passes, was deployed to support Heathrow's needs. Given the complexity of the operation, ach team member needed a deep understanding of airport operations. Couple with regular training, ABM Experience Solutions' team provided daily service across all four of Heathrow's active terminals.

This also included liaising with multiple stakeholders, providing immediate response to operational and technical needs, to deliver accoubtabulity and transparent service delivery.
